Built by Caseworkers, For Caseworkers

We are a Social Enterprise born from the frontline experience of navigating broken eligibility systems.

The Founder's Story

NC-SENTRY wasn't built in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was conceptualized in the cramped cubicles of state eligibility offices. Our founder started as a frontline caseworker, witnessing firsthand the devastating human toll of "administrative churn."

When software silos force a family's application to sit in a queue for 45 days, it's not just a metric—it's a family going without basic needs. The technical disconnect between legacy mainframes and modern policy requirements actively prevents caseworkers from doing the very thing they signed up to do: help people.

We realized that throwing more manual labor at an architectural problem would never scale. What was needed was an Intelligence Layer—an agentic framework capable of understanding policy logic natively and executing verifications instantly.

Our Social Enterprise Mission

NC-SENTRY operates as a Social Enterprise. We measure our success not just by ARR or technical benchmarks, but by the measurable reduction in application processing times and the increase in caseworker retention rates.
